Message: A more conservative sp calculation (what do you think?)

Okay, Snezzer, I will bite. First of all, there is only evidence that the mineralization is down to 300m because that is the depth they have drilled to. There are waste structures and overburden to contend with so lets assume that these make up 40% of the cross sections, and I just lookied at the cross sections on the website to eyeball that. Therefore we need a 0.6 factor for volume. Lets assume that your total volume of 93 million cubic meters is the number we are working with and the density of 2.8 is fine. This means that with 60% being ore, we have 156 million tonnes of ore. The grade in the trenches was nearly 3g/t so using a grade of 0.25 was only to try and get a response LOL. Still, lets be conservative and use 1g/t especially since it seems to be the most used number on the board. This means we have 156 million g of gold or 5million ounces. However, typical recoveries of gold are around 90% so through our processing, we will actually produce 4.5 million oz. Since this will be a highly productive and economical open pit operation, I would consevatively stay with the $100 per oz valuation which would give us $450 million and over 130 million shares, would give a $3.43 share value.

This just having fun with numbers and there is very limited concrete data. However, the data we have gotten is improving on a continual basis and there is a very positive attitude exuded by all concerned. This includes the company officials, technical staff, major shareholders, this board etc and all these preliminary factors have contributed to our share price continuing its upward trend.
