Looking at GNH´s claim map

I was doing some DD on potential area plays.

Apart from Bowmore/Osisko, Fancamp and Uragold (which are quite far away from our actual Timmins main zone), I was looking at claims around Timmins.

The nearest ones to Timmins and between Timmins and Laval´s were staked by a Gregory Hryniw.

I found out that Gregory Hryniw was a former director of GNH.

And he has recently optioned these claims to GWR Resources (GWQ.V):

with the following terms for a 100% interest:

GWR must pay $310,000 cash, issue 1,575,000 common shares, and complete $4,000,000 in exploration expenditures subject to a 2% NSR royalty. Upon GWR exercising the option in full, a 2% NSR royalty interest is subject to an optional 0.5% buyback for $500,000 and a second optional 0.5% buyback for $500,000 thereby leaving the Optionor with a 1% NSR royalty interest.

Nice conditions for some claims with a closeology factor !

What a pity, that these claims haven´t been optioned to GNH, but Gregory Hryniw seems to have no close ties to GNH anymore.

The area definitely is getting hotter !
