I'm not an expert on geo stuff and drilling, but I like keeping up on the big picture around the world regarding the Geo-political and economical trends as I think they will affect us more as I agree with those who say the recession is not over. As the article stated gold / gold stocks are the way to go.

Charts like this just make you good Hmmmmmm. Is it fact or just a coincidence finding a section that matched?? Time will tell I guess, but still... hmmmmmm.. maybe I will order a few ounces of gold when I get back from holidays.

It was a good read and another today looked at what would happen if Deflation won the day and it's impact on Gold stocks.

From 1929 until January 1933, the stock of Homestake Mining, the largest gold producer in the U.S., rose 474%. Dome Mines, the largest Canadian producer, advanced 558%. In spite of the gold price being fixed at the time, gold stocks rose dramatically.

At the same time, the DJIA lost 73% of its value.

So needless to say owning gold and the right gold stock is important and thus DD is important, but as well they encourage the ownership of physical gold and silver. I myself started buying physical silver (i can afford it more) plus I think it has more upside % room and maybe soon...
