If you look at some of the more successful companies in the marketplace - often they are run by individuals who don't have experience in the industries in which they are involved. But they are good marketers.

That can be an advantage because sometimes they think outside the box. Frank may be of huge benefit to Golden Hope because he is new to the business and brings fresh thinking to an industry that typically has not changed much of its approach to exploration over the years. Look at his involvement with shareholders - lots of access and questions readily answered. Not many companies (and we all know some!) are like this.

This forum is a credit to Golden Hope management but more particularly to the people who post here and especially our Brattymack who has done an amazing job as hub leader!
