I have the same problem you were describing from time to time. I have been able to get it to get the page to load before by deleting the title and retyping it.

Firefox is the browser I am running and I only have issues on this website.

Some pages can't be copied easily because they have them blocked on their end. Taking a screen shot is the only thing that helps me save those pages.
