Site Visit .4 - Opinion from an Armchair Quarterback

New Discovery Resulting in a 20KM Mineralized Gold Belt
I have so many thoughts swirling in my head after this site visit it's hard to recount, let alone organize them.
If I may, I'll just write some of my thoughts and opinions freely.
GNH appears to be a company in transition. This is not the same company I bought shares of in January and although we crave action daily and are sometimes disappointed, things have truly changed quite rapidly.
Tilsley was like a different guy this time around. A lot of the theoretical, could be, might be, if's, but's, disclaimers and avoiding subject all together... appears to be a thing of the past. I swear I saw this guy smiling as he talked about the deposit and he almost had a swagger. The other site visits you couldn't of got the time of day without him saying that it may not necessarily be the true time. He was full of confidence in this deposit.
The area of the property that has been worked on is like 5-fold from the the first visit, if not more. This includes summer holidays and the weeks off by the drillers. The new zones are as big as Timmins and there seems to be another one on it's way on the other side of the road. Soon there will be drilling taking place at Lavals Mountain (and did I mention that the guy who was operating the bulldozer when we were there is Laval? His family has owned that property for decades) and the expanded drill program will continue this progress.
There is obviously considerable interest already but so much more brewing...particularly with the price of gold heading in the upwards direction. Barrick is up almost 20% over the past 3 weeks for crying out loud. We have done substantial drilling and are probably close to seeing what those results are. A lot of what has gone into this company over the past YEARS has led us up until this point in time.
I can honestly tell you, and for whatever my points and reputation are worth here on this hub that I am absolutely certain that there is something very special in the ground underneath our claims. I have tried my best to find any evidence that there is not and all I have is these pending assays coming back barren to prove me wrong...and with visible gold in almost 25% of the holes I'm pretty confident that this is not going to happen. It's got to be a gold belt....there is just no other way.
Of course, as great as this deposit may be there is so much more drilling to be done to show it's true size. People don't have the time to put over 500 hours of DD into an investment like I have done purely because I enjoy doing it. This is going to take a lot of time, and a lot of money. How much money we have will depend on how much potential we have. How much potential we have will depend on how we can resolve the nugget problem.
At the end of the day, I'm beginning to think that this stock may become all about the 'nugget problem'. A very simple problem in a very complex and greedy world. I'll get a little prophetic here and say that I think it could almost be something that could be embraced, and in fact promoted. If we seriously keep drilling and hit quartz on every hole, and VG in every 4 how can this be ignored especially when it is increasingly difficult to find quality deposits in this world? Hell, the 'nugget problem' is the exact reason why this thing hasn't been mined already, so in that respect it should be something to be extremely proud of and feel very fortunate for!
Tilsley is convinced he will lick this reporting problem and from some of the lengths he's gone to already, I gather he doesn't lose these kinds of battles...so I think we're in good hands (like I wouldn't be surprised if he tried to get the 43-101 standards changed, kind of thing).
Management is making all the right moves, and that bloody Frank is as tight-lipped as it gets when it comes to what cards he is holding in his back pocket. I know he's very capable and I can't imagine someone doing a better job to this point.
I'm not sure of what's in store for GNH but I could easily see a dozen drills on these claims in the coming year or two with a feasibility and infrastructure plan in the works to mine it. I think that when this thing goes, it is going to go fast.
Obs wrote a great post and hit the nail on the head. The progress here is being done on the ground and in the boardroom and is all good, all the time. I would be ecstatic with a big pop on our next NR but I think it may take a couple of weeks for this news to be interpreted.
