i've been trying not to clutter the board but something has been bothering me recently.
there's been much talk about "stocks getting ahead of themselves" "irrational exhuberance" etc, etc....
why cant the current SP for GNH just be "fair value"? the market cap is still pretty low imo...i know the stock has done very well, but why would that mean it's over valued? the company owns a large number of claims (i believe they own some land outright). we know theres gold there. so the only questions are 1. how much gold?, and 2. is it economical?
it seems to me the SP is behaving incredibly rational considering the potential upside (maybe it's even undervalued). personally, i'm keeping some dry powder in case there's a dip. i'm guessing i'm not the only one.
