Message: fundamental valuation of GNH?

i know we're not looking for fundamentals here but one thing that suprises me about GNH is the fact that they actually have something of value aside from "blue sky gold" that help make them bankable. maybe some of you canadians can help me out here with a dollar amount and items i'm forgetting.

GNH has:

"mineral right claims" to 65k+ acres = X$

"tax refund credits" from quebec = X$

"outright land title" to ?? acreage= X$(i'm not clear on the actual acreage but here's what sasha sent me) a "lot" in SW florida is evidently much different than a "lot" in bellechasse...

XXXX,

At the moment, GNH actually has title as landowner to 1.5 lots where the Timmin-Bellechasse deposit is. If you look at the drilling maps, going from the road 1 mile to the south and essentially the entire width of that map belong to GNH.

Attached hereto is Lary Hoover's report on GNH which has the most comprehensive breakdown of the claims held. Scroll to page 22 for the breakdown.
(note to Larry, you did'nt include "acreage owned in your report")
I'm sure there are a number of items i'm missing but it strikes me that for a company with our market cap they have a substantial inventory even without a possible few million ounces of gold. our stock may have risen sharply but i dont see where we are over valued, if anything i suspect we are currently undervalued even without the pending assays. any thoughts?
