What do you mean you've had difficulties?

I've emailed Frank numerous times and every single time he's replied back, even offered that I call him to talk and ask questions. I've only emailed Sasha 3-4 times and he too has replied to every email I've sent him.

I find it very difficult to believe that you would be ignored by either of these fine gentlemen.
