In an effort to add further clarity (given some of the conflicting recent posts here) relating to this subject, Sasha indicated in an email response to me yesterday that the 5000 samples were sent to the lab in stages on a daily basis for the most part and that they are doing all they can to get the results out.

Mr Hoover's detailed and thorough report on GNH also indicates that a new on-site facility which will combine the field exploration office and the core shack is expected to be ready for use early in the new year (2011). This will expand operational capacity and increase the efficiency of the exploration work (of which there is still much to be done as I am sure we could all agree).
