New Discovery Resulting in a 20KM Mineralized Gold Belt
Hey Buick,
I hope that your post has made you feel better. I do have concerns regarding your interpretation of some of the events and company statements leading up to the latest news release, but I agree with your comments that the run was over-hyped and this contributed to the sp getting ahead of itself. The thing you have to remember is that neither the GNH management, nor James West, nor Jay Taylor created the hype on this board.... WE DID IT TO OURSELVES. The company did not promise us drill grades of X g/t or 200 m intercept lengths but it was nonetheless built into people's expectations. We should all look back and be grateful to Brattymack for his repeated posts through that sp escalation period cautioning us to keep the long term perspective in mind, to keep our expectations in check and to not get caught up in the emotion of the moment. We are very lucky to have such strong leadership on this Agoraboard.
My confidence in the eventual success of this company has not been shaken by any of the recent share price activity- if anything my confidence level has increased since we topped off at $0.98. In fact several months ago Tilsley said to me that while HE was investing time, energy, and brainpower into this project, I had accepted much more of the risk by investing my hard-earned dollars in the project. Well it seems that Mr. Tilsley is willing to take on some of that risk himself with his recent purchase of 300K options. That makes me much more secure in my own investment. Surely your business sense must also appreciate the recent moves made to strengthen and solidify the board of directors. I may be somewhat easy to impress, but these seem like very prudent moves.
What has the company promised to deliver- the current short-term target is 100 MT (grade to be determined). Note that there is no promise to deliver this tonnage by a specific date. My definition of short term is 6-9 months but I am expecting that we will get more guidance with respect to timelines over the next several weeks as new exploration updates are provided.
Best,
Scott
