Cantjustread, although the 43-101 Technical Report is an important step along the way, it is not the game changer that has been talked about, and to which you refer. That would be the future NI 43-101 report on Measured and Indicated Reserves and Resources.
The reference on page 55 does suggest 3 g/t at surface. However, it also indicates that this makes measuring a resource more challenging. You can't just take bulk samples from the surface and extrapolate the results everywhere. That is why page 55 talks about using bulk sampling going as the final determinator of grade, and even indicates that underground development, in some cases, will be necessary to carry this out.
That won't happen quickly, and so the price action of this stock will continue to move, as with all pure exploration companies, on a mixture of speculation and results - and mostly speculation.
As you and other previous posters have cautioned, don't mortgage your house to buy in. No investment is worth it if you can't sleep peacefully at night.
