From talking with GNH management, there is no PP in the immediate future. They want the next set of results out and go from there. They still have over 2M dollars in the bank and the outstanding warrants are worth more than $4M and they are all sitting between 90% to 200% profit right now so they could be exercised at any time but I believe most are holding for higher prices.

I like the positive attitude that Frank has about the next set of results. He of course is not saying any insider info but the general feeling I got was that he believes he will be able to do a PP at a higher price once the next set of results are out. That is good enough for me to look at this down turn in the share price and not worry. There is tons going on with the property and lots of meetings with important investors. The fact that we did not see any movement in the share price after the Hong Kong visit or the big fund last week is not a negative. We have created awareness about our company and if the next set of results are good or great, this awareness will translate into new BIG shareholders.
