If you follow Brent Cook, you know his opinion on property analysis is the value can only truely be determined once having stood on the property. He personally has not seen the property, so its fair to say he doesn't know what he's talking about. Remember he's on TV, there only so many times one can say "I don't have an opinion on that property" before becoming ignored. Once and a while he might ...just might say, he doesn't like something because the fact is more mining companies suck. Then he'll ask the audience to challenge him. Which in my opinion proves he's not very confident about his own opinion.
