Also, anyone that bought in the last 2 years is in the money, some people by more than 100%. This company really hit the wall in mid late 2008 during the credit crisis. For those that held thru that down slope and are unhappy about the end game there is not much to say other than there could still be counter offers and if you waited this long, you might as well wait another 60 days and see where this one settles-good luck to you.
