Three mounths ago I suggested looking into using another lab and was told relax, be more patient. In my business suppliers are given due dates and pay a penalty if late. Maybe try this approach. They have been doing this for many decades and know how long it should take within a week or so. Therfore I am one who is tired of hearing delays at the lab. Fix the problem then move forward. Remember the lab works and gets paid by GNH, therefor should not run the show. Someone from GNH should go to the lab and kick someones behind for these unrealistic delays. Just my opinion. These delays are real not just that it takes this long or Sasha wouldn't be frustrated and waiting as well.
