Sorry but you have completely changed what was written here. What was said was they know how long it takes to do assays both GHN and the lab and there should be a agreed timeline and they have long passed the timeline as Sasha has stated. The lab is late. No one said my way or in my timeline. Plaese read more carefully before calling someone arrogant. It said as a suggestion to have a deadline for assaying cores or pay a penalty, quite common in lots of business.
