i used the word promised in my post but i did not mean to state that 1.00 for the end of the year was a promise and if anybody understood this i apoligize,however my post remains the same and we do need to make a move to turn this prediction to reality

promised is a strong word but the way i worded my post might have been a lil uncomprehensive.so the message was not that a dollar was promised for all who misunderstood.i should have read my message a thrid time before submitting it
