Can Sasha legally answer that if they did infact receive the last bit of information for Assays? i mean he can legally say we are waiting on a few important pieces but i doubt he can tell you that they have gotten all they need because that would imply news is due right away.. If infact if he hasn't replied (assuming he hasn't) considering how quick Sasha usually replies. makes me wonder if it is out tomorrow? but perhaps i am reading way to much into that.

p.s If i remember correctly there wasn't any real increase in volume before the last Assays, they seem to be quite good at keeping things quiet that way so i doubt volume is a significant sign.
