It's not TD. It's an investor (perhaps someone here) who is selling. Or multiple investors who use TD.

I know over 10 people who hold at least a million shares each. Some several million.

I'm just saying that it's not an institutional conspiracy or something... probably just somebody who has lost patience or wants to put their money elsewhere.
