it's a long legal document , i did not have the time to read through and i'm not qualified to appraise properly . but section 21.5 at the bottom of the document states the following ;
21.5 Date of Certificates
short form prospectus or an amendment to a preliminary short form prospectus or short
– The date of certificates in a preliminary short form prospectus, a
form prospectus shall be within three business days before the date of filing the
preliminary short form prospectus, short form prospectus or amendment, as applicable.
