Blue collar workers are earning higher incomes than most University Graduates now. The benefits and salaries of most of the blue's in the government, far exceed the whites in the general working population, who generally have few benefits, and in fact incomes have been declining.

A good friend of mine is VP Finance for a large public US Pharma company making billions in profits and having billions in cash. She has been instructed from US Direction to make cuts in salaried personnel, now. Just before Christmas.

I know a guy who works for one of my customers that did 30 years of employment within a large municipal government. He's 50 years old and pulls a very nice pension which he more than tops up, working for my customer, the double dip. He's laughing, and so is his 18 year old kid who rides around in a truck earning $50,000 per year.

The system is totally messed up!
