I see myself in a lot of situations you described.

Every day I am learning the business, and it's with posts like the one you just wrote, that I'm able to look, listen and learn.

I've made a few errors with GNH, along with others, but I feel it is all a learning curve for me. This learning curve probably will never end and it will never be predictable.
