Trying to break down into simple terms. Comparision
If I owned a bakery (GNH EQUIVELENT)and wanted to test moister content of the bread because the store won't buy any bread under 5% moister. So I send 500 different samples ( different mixtures) to an independent bakery ( THE LAB) to bake all 500 samples using a simple cheap oven( regular fire assay test) and test for moister content ( GRAMS PER TONNE) Over a certain period of time I recieve the data on 70% of the 500 samples, but because 40% were so close to 5% I send them back to be redone with the convection oven that is more acurate ( more exspensive, pulp metallic assay). Buy now the bakery (lab) should have a pretty good idea how much longer it should take considering they are going thru the identical process time after time and should have a good idea of the amount of re assaying to be done. Really should be pretty simple considering this is what they do for a living.
