it bewilders me why people insist on finding a negative twist to something that is so positve for our company....

maybe they are hoping for a better buy-in price.

anyhow, seeing that you are all doing your due diligence: find a company such as GNH who had the following three factors in their pp:

1. not less than 3.7 million dollars
2. 20 cents above the share price
3. no warrents
