hi lar, i'm speaking for myself (but i'm guessing a lot of folks feel the same way). personally, this small sale concerns me because i dont understand it and what i dont understand, i fear..."if you dont know what it is, it's bad, hit it with a rock!"

in the end i believe the company is on the right track and will accomplish much this year but i'm trying to "prepare" myself against making kneejerk reactions...i can smell the rollercoaster coming but i'm not sure which direction we'll go first.

here's what i do understand,

- dwek is legally bound not to buy shares for a period due to an insider information law. (i'm a little suprised this does'nt also apply to selling shares)

- dwek would know that retail would be spooked by seeing him sell (this smells a little like a "headfake" to me but why would you affect the pps negatively if you cant buy?).

- dwek could make a pretty hefty short term manipulation of our PPS with 8mil shares in play considering our poor volume right now. (i'm just not sure why they would?)

i'm wondering exactly how long dwek is obligated not to buy shares? from what i see we are looking at getting initial assays within weeks and then will probably get updates for weeks/months afterward. i get the feeling that the next few weeks/months are going to be a real rollercoaster ride. dwek just adds another loopty loop...
