One thing I did forget to mention regarding a Joe Dwek Management Limited Partnership is that in ANY company where they are invested they always contact senior management when they have partners who are looking at redemptions. The purpose is to give management a "heads up" that they want to decrease or exit a position in order to give the company enough time to find a buyer who wants a large private stake. This happens all the time and that is why you sometimes see large crosses in the market. Some large players will call a company and say "I want 2 million shares" the company can call their large holders and ask if they want out......or vice versa.......and the cross happens.
Dwek does not blindside companies by dumping. If the company can't find a buyer then, and only then, do they sell into the market.
for what it's worth.......carry
