GHD, as far as GNH is concerned, management raised money before they were desperate and did'nt give away the farm (good move)...i'm just trying to wrap my mind around what the players in this arena do and how they work together.

it looks to me that joe dwek, mineralfields and pinetree seem to run as a pack. retail investors seem mixed on thier intentions. if you look at the SLAM (sxl.v?) financing since sept it seems earily similar to the GNH deal with dwek. non brokered private placement of flow thru shares at current SP with a 1/2 warrant much higher....bottom line, when the financings started slam was around .11, now in the .20's (near a 52 week high)...so far, pinetree, mineralfields and dwek have been working for the retail investor in that case..
