As an addendum to Mr Carry's response, I will add that Joe Dwek/MineralFields did sell 281,000 shares on January 4 and another 68,000 shares on January 14 (both at .40).

Sasha indicated to me that the above sold shares were from their 2008-2009 investments.

If JDMF was responsbile for the insider buying yesterday, he/they may have just been buying back in to position accordingly for a "next leg-up" in 2011.

Either way, a positive indicator of confidence in the company's management and direction imho.
