I could not find a reference to when the second drill will be deployed, but I did find reference to what drill holes were still awaiting assay results. This is from the Jan 20th news release:

There are currently a total of 31 holes from the 2010 Exploration program for which results have not been reported on; 25 holes from Bellechasse-Timmins (including the 88 zones) and 6 holes from Laval’s Mountain, approximatley 9.2 kms north of Bellechasse-Timmins. The company expects to report the results of these holes when they are received and interpreted.

Paul R.J. Nicholls, P.Eng is acting as the qualified person (QP) for Golden Hope in compliance with National Instrument 43-101 and has reviewed the technical contents of this release.

This does not give us the exact timeline on when the holes were drilled, but it might give us something else to gripe about.
