Don't you think a $50 situ is rather cheap for this location? Economics do play a very important part in situ calculation.

Skier, as I said, $50 would be the ABSOLUTE MINIMUM, hence the $ 0.25 price tag as absolute minimum.

In my opinion, this will be a multi-million-ounce, bulk mining, heap-leach, low-cost gold deposit with a price tag much higher than today´s (more likely with $100-150 per in-situ ounce).

My example was just for showing the minimum price, backed-up by minimum facts.
