Going forward, I think that GNH should consider the joint venture model to raise funds as opposed to dilute shareholder interest with private placements. This type of model is convenient structure for brining in capital and expertise on a large scale, and also for sharing risks and costs with the partner.

Anyways, just my 2 thoughts... the road ahead for GNH appears bumpy, but the fundamentals have not changed. I think that long term, GNH is the right investment, however, many of us just went wrong on our timing.
