Message: Valuation

There has been some discussion of valuation lately and I just wanted to throw in my 2 cents here. The T1/T2 zone looks like it will be an economical deposit. I base this on the 4 different bulk samples and the drilling results. There is also some indication that T1 extends quite a bit parallele to T2 but we have some pending results to confirm or deny that.

The resource estimate, IMO will have somewhere between 1 and 2 million ounces for these zones. Looking strictly at these zones, and no blue sky (I am with Brad, I need blue skies soon, this weather is depressing!), at a value of $100 per ounce in the ground on the average, that gives us a market cap of 150M dollars or $1.29 per share. This is on the undiliduted share float. We probably will need to raise more money and there is options and warrants that will probably get exercised. So being conservative (congrats to them last night for their majority!), I think a $1.00 value in 9-12 months is a reasonable target. So those willing to be patient, there is lots of upside from these prices IMO. It is just hard to see looking at the chart...but that is when good fundamental analysis is very important. At these levels, with a 12 month hold, I think GNH is a great buying opportunity.
