Is this perhaps something that occurs on a regular basis and it just happens to coincide with the recent lows. Apparently this is something we approved.

Perhaps we should start offering our managers options with a strike price above market value, as an incentive to push up share price? I will not be at the shareholder meeting but someone could try and bring it up.

We currently have 115million shares, so this represents 2.42% of the company.

If we make it back to 18cents, this would make them a profit of 6c/option or 168,600$, potential in a few weeks; at 40 cents, 786,800$. That is a LOT of money for a small firm like us with no revenues.

Unless I am misreading that they are valid for 5 years, and it is in fact that they cannot exercise them for 5 years. In which case who care, in 5 years we are either all in a large profit position in the stock, or at 0$.
