Granted, they did accomplish the most ever in this past year, for the history of the company.

The SP is another matter for which alot of elements are uncontrollable. That is not their fault.

However, I think the issuing of options in the future is something which has to be addressed, so that the common shareholders feel that performance objectives have been attained, including an increase in the SP.
