skier, this argument that tilsley has been holding back VG because of his conservative nature does'nt fly with me. a VG core is the same as any other core. you test it along with the crap and try to get an average. VG does not "skew" the numbers, it's part of the numbers..should be the good part..

at this stage in the game gnh needs all the good news/assays they can get to continue to build the resource. purposefully crippling the assays by taking out the best parts makes no sense to me.

in the last drill results many of the VG samples did turn out to be pretty "crappy" but i assumed this was due to an "unlucky" core cut (halfing/quartering??)sampling which resulted in the vg not being sampled.

i really hope (and believe) there is no truth to VG being held back because of someones conservative nature. i did'nt buy GNH as an academic excercise in how to dis-prove a deposit, i bought it to make money.
