Sasha says this was not a news release.

People who opened the news release (Oct 31-2nd drill) were sent an email explaining the history and current situation at GNH. (Apparently GNH gets feedback on who opens their news releases)

The reasoning behind the email was that some of the people who opened/read the news release MAY not know much about GNH.

Nothing sinister here.
