OK Snez... you got me. My being Mennonite means that there is a 99.9% probably that I would not exercise the warrants if the shares would be cheaper on the market...
Herein lies my logic: If I purchase the warrants for 1 cent more than the market price, I am giving the money to the company instead of the other traders out there who are selling their shares at a very small difference in price. If I support the company, they may get the necessary money they need to complete another hole or 10 (if EVERYONE excercised their warrants, not just me that is) and drill into something really juicy...
So, do I support the company that I have a fairly large investment in right now so they have a better chance of suceeding or just buy on the open market... THAT is why I am considering buying the warrants if they are "FRACTIONALLY" more than the market... Now, having said that, I would NOT be buying the warrants if they were 2 or 3 cents more than the market price. THAT I won't do. Support the company, I sure would LIKE to do that. But at a small price differential, I will add.
