skier, if i had put up cash and took on the risk to recieve warrants i would be more than a little po'd if the company rewarded me by purposely shafting me...better to build a good business relationship with folks that helped you get off the ground imo..

in the end it means very little. if we have good news then we'll get good volume, absorb the warrants, get a wider shareholder base, raise cash for the company and keep moving forward...

dont forget, your shares would now be worthless if it was'nt for the folks who were in on these PP's and recieved warrants because the company would not have gone this far without money...
