I honestly don't know what the big deal is if Candido sold a measily 100,000 shares @ .31, considering all the shares that I am sure he holds. The reason for selling is soley his business. Now if someone sold their holdings in GNH because of this, that too is their business, however if they were that nervous maybe they should have sold.

Candido did not sell off a million or more shares but just enough to satisfy his need for cash. If I go to the horse races and see an owner of a horse bet 20 bucks to win on his horse that means shit, now if he dumps $500.00 across the board I think I would pay attention, however it also might be good to know his lifesyle, just possibly that $500. across for him means nothing.
