Hey, Im a hub leader. Here's my 2 cents.

I post less here largely because I think we have sliced and diced as much GNH information as could possibly be benefical, and as much as I love to really KNOW about my investments....3 years has passed by without the much talked-about RE.

Also I have witnessed a large sum of warrants expire - I should have exercised them while they were in the money but I didn't. I'm more learned because of that, but my position/interest took a sizeable hit there.

The Candido led GNH has had it's share of twists and turns. Incredibly drawn out delays and a complete mixed bag of results. Seemingly whatever news they produce, the opposite reaction ensues!

I don't criticize Frank because this is an excrutiatingly competitive sector and I think a lot of the decisions that have been made have been made with the company's best interests in mind. He took this mismanaged jr from nothing to one of the more well-known co's on the V. Those decisions have fared good or bad more likely because of the 'state of the nation' in the gold and exploration markets than due to the quality of decision making (IMO). But what do I know?

The fact is that GNH is trading near a level when I first heard about this stock. They have accomplished quite a bit in that time. Is it enough? Not sure, but attention spans are getting shorter I think with all that is going on in the world.

There has always been a carrot dangling with GNH since I have known the stock. The last great carrot is the RE and it should be able to quantify the value of the co properly. I can find comparables to make GNH look severly overvalued and undervalued so I think it's tricky find a value of what it should be now.

You cant argue the merits of this as a future gold mine IMO. The results are real but timing is everything and that's the part I struggle with here. As for my current actions here, I see the SP every day (hold a lot of shares still) and will either buy or sell based on news, not speculation or hype. I know enough about the company that this should be advantage enough.
