So what is stopping them from considering a min-mill?

I would have no idea what such a thing would cost but I would indeed be in favour of it. This would be something that no only can generate revenue but it shows the market and the investor that GNH has tangible protential. Also that it is not afraid of taking on a self-initiative to raise it's own cash to give it's shareholders true value.
