Any mention of how this financing would take form? Any discussion of a Mini-Mill as an option?

lots of recommends on Yellowkifer's post Our Gold Deposit.. but is there anyone who can comment on his statment?? If it is reasonable then we should expect that with more drilling and results we should see strength in the shareprice. Of course this won't happen over night and not without possible dilution... (mini-mill plz)
