So I may stand to appologize to you all on this board if someone ( or Frank ) representing the company made those statements as promises. If the intent was to make a ball park estimate of what their expectations were to be, I would not take that as a promise.

Since I do not know that, although I lean in that direction, I'll give you the right to your argument. If you are right, I appologize ( to everyone!! ).

I like your idea about a JV with someone with the money to finance the project. It would sure remove the uncertanty that is holding down our share price. Having a peice of the pie is better than losing the whole thing. Even if we raise the money with PP's, we are giving up some of the pie. I'd be happy if a JV was the upcoming news. Something like that would spark our share price and bring us much needed credibility.

I think your view that you expressed is shared by the majority. I thank you for your point of view.
