Hi Lizzie;

Of all people, you certainly don't need to apologize. The fact remains that when the CEO of a publicly traded company makes a public staement, on the record, it doesn't need to be phrased as a promise. He is credited with knowledge we don't have and information that is based on considerable substance. He doesn't have to phrase it as a promise.

It is assumed he is making statements based in fact. People rely on.... and buy shares based on, the information presented by the person running the company. He is held to a far higher standard. The same goes for an IR department, whether on staff or as hired guns. That is why it is required of a company to publish, as material information, when an IR company is hired.

People who were on the inside made public disclosure, based on material information, that people used to buy shares. It then turned out the information was left wanting. People lost money. If it happens once it is chalked up to "just business". When it happens on a regular basis and when information is scheduled to be released at an approximate time, that comes a day late and a dollar short, then there could be a re-curring problem. The bigger question here is can someone point to a statement that was made that actually turned out to be accurate and on time? I think that list may actually be shorter than the list of questionable promises.

Why do we as Canadians always make excuses on behalf of people being paid to run things......when those people don't live up to what's expected? Be it politicians, Bureaucrats or the CEO's of companies. They have our money! they are using....and losing ....our money........why do we defend them instead of holding them accountable?

After considerable dilution, expense and drilling, the share price is almost at the 7 cents it was at, when I first heard about this company. There have also been some positive results, since that time, as Yukon has mentioned. Explain to me why your apologizing.........were you the one who squandered that? I don't think so. Please tell me who should shoulder that reponsibility? The shareholders?

I'm sorry, but it isn't acceptable.
