I think we have been here a couple years ago (.07). Enough is enough, it is time our supposed Elite BOD and much cherished Mgmt need to look at what their alternatives are to turn this Battleship around. I know people will say "The whole market is this way there is nothing they can do" Well reducing/altering their compensation wouldn't hurt, for a start, as it would reflect their results to date eg. sp from a high this yr of approx. .28 to .07 and except for Franks last few NRs which have continued the downward trend the balance of people have been invisible, incl Sasha (if he is still around). I do not mind paying a reasonable price for work being done but we are paying way too much for what we have been receiving.
