At first glance NGM has around 3x our resource but the grade is 1gr/t<...their market cap is around $33mil..current PPS is .22 and they're coming out with a .25 PP? this seems a little ambitious in this market but i'll be curious to see if they can close it. if they do, i would think it bodes well for us.

NORTHERN GOLD MINING INC. (NGM.V) ("Northern Gold" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it intends to complete a non-brokered private placement financing of up to 20,000,000 common shares (the "Common Shares") at a price of $0.25 per Common Share for gross proceeds of up to $5,000,000 (the "Offering").

The securities issued pursuant to the Offering will be subject to a statutory four month and one day hold period.

Northern Gold intends to use the net proceeds from the Offering to fund continued exploration on its assets and for general working capital purposes.

The Offering is subject to certain conditions including, but not limited to, the receipt of all necessary approvals, including the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSX-V") and applicable securities regulatory authorities. Northern Gold intends to close the Offering on or around July 20, 2012.
