As a shareholder of GNH I have been for a long time, been familiar with the risks associated with junior exploration companies like this.

They are clearly not for the unseasoned investor. I found this shareholder revolt letter interesting in that there seems to be quite the impetuous tone ringing throughout. It seems to be quite overreaching when you consider the profile of this company of which in my view has corresponded the correct board members and experience necessary for a "exploration"company such as this. I see a conservative approach despite what the market has shown us, I digress.

I urge all shareholders to read this letter again and perhaps to a little research on Mr.Takfman himself and perhaps arrive to their own conclusions on what this individuals’ intentions truly are. Interesting in the fact there is a litany of lawsuits associated with this man.

I will not presume to influence shareholders one way another. The question is how can his name be googled so easily and these lawsuits have so much in common?
