Junior plays are waiting games....long term investments. The time for a quick flip/buck was back when GNH was brought to everyone's attention. If the SP were $2 Frank and Co. would be Gods and no one here would think twice about their compensation.

With regard to spending $$$ on an attorney and a PR, stop and think why that was necessary. Hostile threats require protection. You want to see GNH cash being burned??? Let this play out the way ET's other pursuits have.

I'm not saying shareholders don't have a right to question, challenge or have their voice/concern be represented, but do it in a respectful, organized manner, so that management will take the effort seriously and here's a novel thought...welcome it.

If the collective wants change...brainstorm some effective ideas, find a smart, articulate, representative.....and be mindful of the 30-65 window.
