I'm not sure if you are referring to Lynda Bloom, who is currently a director on the board of Halo Resources but take a look at their stock chart for the last five years.

Our goal should not be to "save" the company from death by latching onto a shark and feeding from its scraps - instead it should be about survival of the fittest in a harsh economic environment to come out ahead of the game. It should be about growing legs and lungs and stepping over top of the countless other juniors who are left gasping on the shores. Bloom's suggestions would, in my opinion, be a de-evolution, from our current position. Halo, under Bloom's direction, has entered into a recent merger with QRS that may prolong their existence but this move has not significantly improved their share price and may ultimately serve only to prolong their death if their exploration efforts falter. I am hoping the current GNH board and management has been reading Darwin's "Origin of the Species" as I have.
